Tulips are in full bloom at the top of Mont Royal (PHOTOS)

It’s an ugly world out there but at the very least, the top of Mont Royal is getting really pretty.

Hundreds of tulips have bloomed atop the Montreal fixture, fusing beautiful orange, red, and yellow flowers with the Belvédère Kondiaronk’s picturesque view of the city.

The uprising of tulips has signalled that the city’s well-deserved spring weather is finally here.

If you haven’t made the trek to the top of the mountain to soak up some spectacular views and smells — and you may not want to, considering the potential crowds — here’s what a tulip-heavy Mont Royal looks like across Instagram.
