Survey says: You’ve gone viral!
During Thursday’s episode of Family Feud Canada, a contestant representing her family from Lorette, Manitoba, lost the chance at a $10,000 prize after confusing the Popeye’s Chicken restaurant with the iconic cartoon character of the same name.
Eve Dubois and her family were facing off against Logan White and the Tomlin family of Waterloo, Ontario, when she confidently and prematurely blurted out “chicken” in regards to “Popeye’s favourite food” instead of “spinach.”

The clip of the Feud frenzy has quickly gone viral, generating more than 1.2 million views as of Friday morning.
After Dubois’ wrong answer, White gave host Gerry Dee the right answer while the Tomlin family celebrated and the Dubois family looked on in disbelief.

“I thought you meant Popeye’s Chicken,” retorted Dubois while Dee laughed and the winning family celebrated.
Don’t feel so bad, the survey revealed that only 54 out of 100 Canadians ended up knowing the right answer anyway.
Besides, she may not have won the prize money but in so many other ways, she won Family Feud.
