Burger King unveils new logo for the first time in 20 years

It’s out with the old and in with the new in 2021, at least according to Burger King.

The fast-food giant has swapped out its classic yellow, blue, and red logo for a simplified orange and red.

The revamped imagery is the first change to the Burger King logo in 20 years.

Raphael Abreu, global head of design at Burger King, explained to Designboom that the new brand identity has “reimagined every design element to better reflect the brand’s food journey while capturing its unique characteristics: mouthwatering, big and bold, playfully irreverent and proudly true.”

Guests can expect to see the new designs rolling out at their local restaurants soon.

Employees will endorse new uniforms while new packaging will showcase the logo together with playful illustrations of the ingredients.
