Spring is in the air! As the calendar switches to March, Amazon Prime Video is offering some all-time classics, exclusive content, and Prime Video Originals as the snow (hopefully) starts to melt.
If you’re not a fan of March’s thawing weather, Prime Video is full of comedies, classic dramas, documentaries, and a little something for everyone in the new month.
From a post-apocalyptic fantasy called The Stand, based on the best-selling Stephen King novel, and a sequel to an Eddie Murphy classic, there’s no shortage of stuff to watch on Amazon Prime Video in March.
What’s more, Prime Video Canada is “committed to supporting organizations doing the necessary work of supporting and uplifting communities that need it the most,” says Prime Video Canada in an email shared with Daily Hive.
“Black Lives Matter Canada continues to do meaningful work for its community through raising awareness about racial inequality and police brutality against Black people in Canada, while also striving to achieve its goals of actively dismantling all forms of anti-Black racism, liberating Blackness, supporting Black healing, affirming Black existence, and creating freedom to love and self-determine,” says the company.
Prime Video will donate 100% of the proceeds from the featured titles participating in the Watch To Give Back initiative, including Black Panther, Coach Carter, Invictus, Just Mercy, Selma, The Hate U Give, Remember the Titans, Moonlight, Drumline, Soul Food, Antwone Fisher, 42, Marshall, and The Pursuit of Happyness.
