Many visitors are drawn to the city by the magnificent Alhambra, a Moorish palace and fortress located at the top of al-Sabika.

The palace provides outstanding views of the entire city as well as stunning gardens full of oranges, roses, and myrtles.

The structure’s architecture is diverse with influences from the Moors, Muslims, and Christians, which can be seen in the arches, frescoes, and intricately designed walls displaying Arabic poetry.

If you are looking to try something new with your partner and think flamenco could be fun, look no further than Seville.

The city is widely renowned for its flamenco dancing as well as its stunning Alcázar castle complex.

Additionally, for all you history buffs, the Gothic Catedral de Sevilla is the burial site of famous explorer Christopher Columbus.

Perhaps one of the most romantic places in the city is the Plaza de España. If you visit during the day, there is the opportunity to rent a boat and view the plaza from an entirely different perspective.
