The luxurious Villa Management role is seeking one couple to watch over the property.

By day, you will adamantly work to maintain the day-to-day operations of the property, from housekeeping to hosting events.

By night, you can live your best life and venture to San Antonio to experience the unbridled wildness of Ibiza’s legendary nightclubs.

Additional responsibilities include preparing morning and evening meals, shopping for the family’s essentials and groceries, and managing the family’s schedule and booking their appointments and social events.

Although the role comes with various duties, the most important characteristics for successful applicants to possess is “proven experience of a strong partnership and communicating well together,” according to the official job posting.

Additionally, the ideal candidates have three to four years of experience in high-end hospitality, at least one “full, clean” driver’s licence between the two, are highly organized and flexible, and possess strong communication skills and a friendly demeanour.
