There's a sushi and joint rolling class happening in Vancouver on January 26

Sushi and the munchies go together like fish and seaweed — really well. But while it’s easy to smoke a joint and eat a piece (or 12) of sushi, it’s a little harder to spin them both up yourself.

Fortunately, one event has you covered.

Rolls & Reefers is a hands-on sushi and joint rolling class that covers everything from fish cutting to sushi rolling and plating, to twisting up a tight doob.

A ticket comes in at $70, which the event says is simply cost. This includes “joint rolling supplies,” — no indication given if cannabis is included — everything required to make your own sushi and “plenty of prepared, deluxe sushi,” in case things don’t go exactly as planned.

Sake and Beer will also be available for purchase on site.

“Our expert roll master will teach you how to roll a couple things this evening, including sushi,” reads the event post. “You will learn basic Japanese fish-cutting, proper sushi plating, and expert garnishing techniques. Impress your friends and family with your new and improved rolling skills.”
