The long-running protest (or festival, depending who you ask) has put together an incredible show for their first party since legalization. Besides multiple exciting musical acts, speeches, and vendors, the organizers have managed to score hip-hop cannabis-kings Cypress Hill as headliners (provided the Park Board doesn’t have its way and have the show cancelled).

Ever wonder how to make your own cannabis edibles? You can do it at home with some cannabis, and an oven or pressure cooker. Come over to MakerLabs to learn about proper preparation and dose control from a trained chemist. Watch a demonstration of cannabis chocolates being made from start to finish. Class size is limited to leave lots of space for questions and discussion.

Planet Trichome

While not falling on 4/20 itself, Planet Trichome is a collaboration effort between licensed cannabis producer Tantalus Labs and Studio A-OK. Playing into the curious nature of cannabis consumption during the 420 season, the two brands curated an evening which folds into an immersive and educational evening of multi-room exploration + interaction. The evening will feature a live scored set in the planetarium from Khotin, and further musical offerings from DJ Express, Nina Mendoza, and Slim Media Player.
