It’s 17,435 sq. ft. on one of the city’s most prestigious streets, with ravine views, “breathtaking views from every potential level,” and direct access to Edmonton’s river valley trail system, according to the listing.
A bungalow used to sit on the property and was still standing as of May 2023, according to Google Street View, but it’s since been torn down. What’s left is a blank slate in a prime location.
