The Taste of Edmonton just released its highly anticipated menu for 2026
It’s official, folks! Taste of Edmonton has just released its menu lineup for this year’s festival.
With over 15 new menu items making a debut, Taste of Edmonton’s 2026 menu is already shaping up to be a great one. The annual event brings some of the best dishes from popular restaurants in Edmonton, making it one of the biggest and best food festivals in the city.

There are over 15 new items on this year’s menu, and we’ve picked out some of the ones that caught our eye to highlight ahead of the fest.
First up, there’s Hong Kong Bakery’s Garlic Butter Prawn Spring Rolls. Hello, garlic butter prawns and the crisp spring roll crunch mixed together? Absolutely, sign me up. There’s also the new Shrimp Gyoza from Love Catering Kitchen, which sounds like it’ll deliver the same delicious seafood flavour.
Or, maybe you’ll be looking forward to Flipside BBQ’s Flipside Bao, which brings Filipino flavour and mixes it with a gourmet twist.
For a full look at the menu, you can visit their website to see exactly what restaurants are participating and what they’ll be bringing to the table. If you need any recommendations, however, you can never go wrong with a cold cup of lemonade to start the food crawl off.
Although admission is free, you do have to purchase tickets to get any dishes. Menu items at restaurants are between two and five tickets, and all alcoholic beverages are five tickets. Taste of Edmonton recommends looking at the menu ahead of time to coordinate how many tickets to purchase.
Starting now until July 14, you can save $10 per sheet of 40 tickets on the festival’s website or at any of these locations:

- All North Central Co-Op Grocery, Liquor Store, Gas Bar & Home Centre locations
- EAC Shop and Services — 1 Sir Winston Churchill Square, Edmonton
