Snoop Dogg guarantees Game 6 win while rocking Oilers threads

Snoop Dogg appears to be very confident that the Edmonton Oilers will win tonight and force a Game 7 against the Florida Panthers.

Snoop was performing at Rogers Place in Edmonton last night and came out rocking a vintage Oilers jersey with Georges Laraque’s name on the back.

“Was awesome to see Snoop Dogg perform in Edmonton tonight,” Laraque wrote on X. “Doesn’t he look good with an Edmonton Oilers jersey on? The last time he wore my Oilers jersey on stage was back in 2003, and again tonight! He also loved my outfit, the same he wore at the Superbowl: Represent!”

While the crowd at Rogers Place was already excited enough to see Snoop rocking an Oilers jersey, they went even more wild after he essentially guaranteed a win in Game 6 tonight.

“Tomorrow night, the Oilers will win in this motherf**king building,” Snoop said. “I can see the future.”

Just one week ago, anyone predicting the Oilers to win a single game, let alone the series, would have appeared foolish to many. After dropping Game 3 on home ice by a 4-3 final, they were on the verge of becoming the first team to be swept in a Stanley Cup Final since 1998.

They haven’t gone down without a fight, however, outscoring the Panthers by a combined 13-4 over the past two games to cut the series deficit to 3-2. The city of Edmonton is alive once again and will go into a complete frenzy should they find a way to win a third straight tonight.
