A new Montreal-style deli is opening up shop near Edmonton

Saint Laurent is a new deli and restaurant coming to a spot near Edmonton, and it is focused on bringing the food of Montreal all the way to Alberta.
For those craving the flavours of Montreal, look no further; Saint Laurent is opening up soon in Leduc, just south of Edmonton, and it’s dishing up some traditional fare from out east. The shop was founded by a team of locals and born-and-raised Montrealers who just couldn’t leave the food behind.
“We love Alberta life, but our taste buds never left Montreal. So we’re treating ourselves to a slice of back home and saved a seat for you… minus the four-hour flight,” reads the new spot’s website.
So, with smoked meats, Montreal-style hot dogs, poutines, and more, this new deli has come to deliver.
