Get ready to roll, Edmonton, because the city’s largest roller disco is back for its second year, and it’s shaping up to be one funky party you won’t want to miss.
Rogers Place is set to transform into a retro roller rink on Saturday, June 20, as the arena brings back its popular Roller Disco event following last year’s sold-out party.
Organized by OEG Sports & Entertainment, the event will see the downtown Edmonton venue converted into a glowing skating (and dancing) space beneath the arena’s scoreboard disco ball.
Dress in your best neon, sequins, and throwback outfits and skate to DJ sets while showing off your best disco moves.

The event will feature two separate sessions. A family-friendly skate will run from 3 to 5 p.m., welcoming skaters of all ages. Later, an 18+ skate will take place from 6 to 8 p.m., offering a more adult-focused atmosphere with drinks and live DJs.

If you work up an appetite from all the boogieing, arena food and beverage service will be available throughout the event.
Tickets are on sale now on the Rogers Place website. Admission is $35 for adults, $25 for children, and free for non-skating guardians.
Skate rentals will be available for $15 with ticket purchase, though you’re welcome to bring your own roller skates or roller blades.
