New bar concept from the team behind Biera opens in Edmonton this week
A new concept from the team behind the sadly closed Biera is set to open in Edmonton this week, and it’s girl dinner heaven.
Relish Bar & Market is opening its doors to the public on April 2 in the Ritchie Market, where it will be serving up cheese, charcuterie, wine, and so much more.
The cozy bar will be a part sit-down wine bar and part market, with everything that’s on offer on its shelves also available to snack on.

“Guests will be able to sit down and enjoy our carefully curated selection of beer, wine, and spirits paired with a variety of select cheese, charcuterie, and warm sandwiches,” the Relish Bar & Market website says.
Its sample menu is a curated collection of snacks from olives, cheeseboards, and hummus, as well as wine by the glass and a rotating selection of Blind Enthusiasm bottle pours and draft beers.
For those who miss the faces behind Biera, some familiar faces will be operating at the newly-opened Relish to continue serving guests from the neighbourhood.
