Popular brunch spot Pür & Simple set to open its first Alberta location
Popular Canadian brunch chain Pür & Simple is set to open its first Alberta location in Edmonton, bringing a wide variety of fresh new items to YEG’s food scene.
The new Kingsway Mall location will be serving up breakfast, brunch, and lunch from 7 am to 3 pm seven days a week starting April 2.

Pür & Simple is known for its modern design, inviting atmosphere and, most importantly, its crave-able menu. The brunch spot has reinvented breakfast by bringing a modern twist to the classic diner experience, offering artisanal French toast, savoury Benedicts and simple skillets, and fruit-filled smoothies.
“Pür & Simple is the perfect place to treat yourself without having to worry about breaking the bank,” Ritou Maloni, Pür & Simple co-founder, said in a media release, “And we believe that our innovative menu and friendly staff will resonate well with the Edmonton community.”

The Kingsway Mall eatery will also be fully licensed, so guests can enjoy an alcoholic beverage alongside their upscale comfort food.
Those with dietary restrictions are sure to find a variety of menu items that cater to their specific needs too. Pür & Simple offers gluten-free, dairy-free, keto, and vegan alternatives.
The restaurant will employ 25 to 30 Edmontonians, and will seat up to 96 guests when permitted to operate at full capacity as public health restrictions ease.

The opening of Alberta’s first Pür & Simple marks the eatery’s 20th location in the country since being founded in Quebec in 2016.
