Porter launching four new direct flights from Edmonton to sunny destinations

Get your winter travel plans in order, because Porter Airlines just announced four new direct flights from Edmonton to sunny destinations.
It will be the airline’s first international flights out of Alberta, with the new routes being from Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta, Los Cabos, Las Vegas, and Phoenix.
The Edmonton to Puerto Vallarta route will take flight on Nov. 3 and will operate three times weekly. The Edmonton to Phoenix route will begin on Nov. 6 and operate daily. The Los Cabos and Las Vegas routes will both start on Nov. 16 and operate four times weekly.
In total, Porter will operate nearly 5,000 flights to sun destinations for the upcoming winter season, representing an increase of more than 150 per cent compared to the previous year.
On every flight, passengers will get to enjoy Porter’s signature service, including no middle seats, complimentary wine and beer served in glassware and premium snacks. Routes operated with the new Embraer E195-E2 also have free, fast Wi-Fi available for everyone.

“These new routes strengthen our position as an important gateway, enhancing connectivity and giving travellers additional non-stop options to popular warm-weather getaways.”
