A HUGE new shopping plaza is under construction in southwest Edmonton

Residents in deep southwest Edmonton will soon have more access to shops, restaurants, and services, with a new commercial plaza currently under construction.
Desrochers Village is a phased, 30-acre power centre from Allard Developments, located at the intersection of Heritage Valley Trail, 141st Street and 41st Avenue SW. The project is aimed at serving some of the city’s fastest-growing suburban neighbourhoods.
