Snow is hitting the ground in Edmonton this morning, and you’ll need some hardy mittens handy later on this week, with some wickedly cold temperatures on the way.
A cold snap is about to hug YEG, with The Weather Network even forecasting temperatures feeling like -20°C for some of Wednesday morning.
Although flurries are in the forecast for today, the rest of the week is shaping up to be much less snowy.
The Weather Network is forecasting a chance of a “few flurries” on Friday, with the rest of the week with highs between -4°C and -1°C.
