Coronavirus cases discovered at six more Edmonton schools

Edmonton Public Schools announced more people tied to six different schools tested positive for coronavirus on Thursday.

One more person at J. Percy Page School tested positive, adding to the outbreak there.

Another case was also discovered at Queen Elizabeth School, where an outbreak has also been declared.

Dickinsfield School saw two positive cases, one discovered on Thursday and another discovered on Friday, but an outbreak has not yet been declared by Alberta Health.

Other schools that saw new coronavirus cases on Thursday were Evansdale School and Johnny Bright School.

Edmonton Public Schools says students who need to isolate at home will receive learning supports.
