Ten Edmonton schools discovered coronavirus cases on Monday, according to an Edmonton Public Schools news release.

One new coronavirus case was discovered at each of the following schools:

  • Queen Elizabeth School
  • Michael Strembitsky School
  • Lillian Osborne School
  • McNally School
  • Eastglen School
  • Scott Robertson School
  • L.Y. Cairns School
  • Calder School
  • Elizabeth Finch School

Two new cases were discovered at Steinhauer School.

More than 300 students need to self-isolate for two weeks because they were in contact with the individuals who tested positive, and the board has said previously that learning supports will be made available to students who need to stay home.
