The Government of Canada has identified a flight from Edmonton to Hamilton recently where there was a COVID-19 positive person on board.

There was potential coronavirus exposure for passengers on Swoop flight WO140 on July 16, 2020. The warning applies to passengers seated in rows five to 11.

Anyone seated in those rows on the flight should monitor themselves for symptoms and minimize their contact with other people until the 14-day coronavirus incubation period has passed.

Low-cost carrier Swoop is owned by WestJet and is still operating domestic flights during the pandemic.

The Government of Canada provides lists of flights with potential coronavirus exposure online and updates the database once per day.
