Todd Bertuzzi was arrested in Michigan this weekend, according to a report from TMZ, which has also obtained his mugshot.

The 46-year-old former Vancouver Canucks star was reportedly pulled over just after midnight Saturday morning in Auburn Hills after his car was seen “swerving all over the road” and police saw him run a red light.

He showed “obvious signs of impairment,” TMZ says according to law enforcement sources, and he refused a breathalyzer test. Bertuzzi was booked into Oakland County Jail at 3:35 am on Saturday and was released at 12:52 pm the same day.

Bertuzzi played in 1159 career NHL games with the Canucks, New York Islanders, Florida Panthers, Detroit Red Wings, Anaheim Ducks, and Calgary Flames, before retiring from pro hockey in 2015.
