A breakfast club with made-to-order sandwiches is popping up near Edmonton

Mornings in and around Edmonton just got a whole lot more exciting, all thanks to Bruin Breakfast Club popping up with its delicious sandwiches.

Bruin Breakfast Club is a pop-up that’s been operating just north of Edmonton, in St. Albert, since late 2025. This pop-up has been redefining breakfast foods, serving up delectable sandwiches with toasted English muffins and premium local ingredients.

According to Shop St. Albert, this club is one of St. Albert’s most talked-about breakfast pop-ups.

On Oct. 24 and Oct. 25, the breakfast club will be open for one last weekend this October. You’ll be able to grab a bite from 8 a.m. until the shop is sold out.

For this weekend, a new special will hit the menu: Honeypeño Ham.

This new sandwich features smoked ham from a local farm, honey jalapeños, and buttermilk aioli. As with the rest of the sandwiches served, it also comes with the signature cheesy scrambled free-range eggs and an English muffin.

The rest of the menu includes the club’s three classic sandwiches: The Bruin (featuring bacon, pickles, and Tabasco aioli), The O’Canada (with pork sausage, caramelized onions, and aioli), and The All Caps (the vegetarian pick with miso mushrooms and braised greens).
