One of Edmonton's most popular beer bars closes after 12 years of business

There’s some sad news for beer fans across Edmonton regarding your favourite beer bar.
Beer Revolution has been in Edmonton and in business for over 12 years in Unity Square. This beer bar was known for its wide variety of craft beers from Alberta breweries, its scrumptious wings, and delicious hot pizzas.
However, the restaurant has poured its last beer and made its last pizza. This month, on Sept. 7, Edmonton said goodbye to Beer Revolution as it closed its doors.

“Thanks to our incredible staff, amazing regulars and awesome Alberta breweries that we poured over the years,” said the team on its website. “Beer Revolution would not have been possible without you.”
The announcement was initially made in late August, and now the doors have officially closed. Its dedication to craft beers and scrumptious pizza will never be forgotten, and many people within the city will be sad to see it go.
While this news is disappointing, keep your hopes up, as the team has something brewing for the future.
“While we say goodbye to Beer Revolution, we arenât leaving the building,” they say. “Stay tuned for what we have planned.”
