This popular seafood boil spot just opened its first Edmonton restaurant
An American seafood boil chain has opened its second Canadian location… right in West Edmonton Mall.
Bag O’ Crab is the newest addition to West Edmonton Mall’s Bourbon Street, serving up deliciously prepared seafood. It’s most famous for its seafood boil, packed with a flavour or seasoning of your choosing.
This restaurant has been dishing out seafood since 2010, and its empire only continues to grow as it expands into Canada. The West Edmonton Mall location marks Bag O’ Crab’s second location in Canada, with the first being in Calgary.

Bag O’ Crab opened the doors to this new location on Bourbon Street on Dec. 18.
The menu is extensive, with Lobster, Dungeness Crab, King Crab Legs, and Snow Crab Legs being a few to make the long list of items you can get in its seafood bag. Most notably, you can choose to get the shrimp with the head on or off. You can also choose your own spice level, as well as seasonings.
In addition to its famous seafood boil bags, it serves a variety of fried goods and po-boys, as well as some select appetizers.
Hours for this new location are 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., every day of the week.
This new seafood boil spot is one to try, so if you find yourself in West Edmonton Mall, it’s definitely worth stopping by.
