Amber Alert cancelled after seven-year-old Alberta girl safely located

The Amber Alert issued for a seven-year-old girl in Valleyview has been cancelled about 90 minutes after it was issued Monday (Oct. 5) morning.

Valleyview RCMP say the girl has been safely located by police, and the suspect has been arrested and is in custody.

The alert was in effect across Alberta.
