Temperatures in some provinces are cooling, but there’s still plenty of time to plan a beach getaway in Canada.

Canadians still have about a month left before the first day of fall and, if the weather permits, maybe a little bit of extra time to lie in the sand.

According to a new report from Airbnb, Canadians are looking to beat the heat by booking last-minute beach trips in Canada.

“From coast to coast, domestic destinations are seeing a surge in interest as travellers look to make the most of the season before it slips into fall,” reads the report.

Airbnb search data found several Canadian beach spots that are currently trending, with each destination offering a variety of unique stays, including properties in the vacation rental company’s Guest Favourites collection: the most-loved homes on Airbnb based on ratings, reviews, and reliability.

Here are some of the hot beaches people are searching for in Canada right now, according to Airbnb, including suggestions for Airbnb listings to help you plan your stay.
