Popular hair product recalled in Canada over injury hazard
Before you style your hair for the day, you may want to check your beauty cabinet.
More than 90,000 bottles of Schwarzkopf Professional Osis Grip Mousse have been recalled in Canada due to an injury hazard.
âImmediately stop using the recalled product and return it to the place of purchase for a refund,â read the recall notice from Health Canada.
According to the agency, the recalled product has packaging issues that can cause the product to leak when under pressure. The leakage may cause the package to burst, which could result in injury or property damage.

The company reported that 90,089 units of the affected product were sold in Canada between November 2023 and June 2026.
One incident has been reported, but no injuries have been reported as of Sept. 18.
Consumers are advised to check their bottle to see if their product matches any of the 25 lot numbers listed in Health Canadaâs recall.
