Justin Trudeau is all smiles in Katy Perry's holiday photo dump
Katy Perry and former Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau are still going strong, according to the American singer’s recent social media post.
Trudeau makes several appearances in Perry’s latest Instagram holiday post captioned “Holidaze ā„ļø,” which includes photos and videos with her family.
In one video, she appears to be ice skating with her five-year-old daughter, Daisy Dove Bloom, and her former fiancĆ©, actor Orlando Bloom. In another, Perry is seen holding up an upside-down gold maple leaf pendant, no doubt in honour of her partner’s country.

Despite what appears to have been a packed holiday season, Perry seems to have managed to sneak away for a sunny romantic getaway with Trudeau. One photo shows him swimming in the ocean, while another captures the couple cuddling, with Trudeau smiling at the camera as Perry kisses him on the cheek.

Trudeau appears to have spent Christmas with his three children, Xavier, Ella-Grace and Hadrien, and shared a family photo on Instagram on Christmas Day.

Dating rumours between Trudeau and Perry first surfaced in July when the pair were spotted having dinner at a Montreal restaurant. Perry made it official in a Dec. 6 Instagram post when she shared a photo with Trudeau during a trip to Tokyo.

But things haven’t been entirely rosy for the singer.
Perry’s ex-husband, English actor and comedian Russell Brand, seems to take issue with the relationship, taking a shot at Trudeau and calling him a “globalist stooge.”
On Dec. 18, Brand appeared onstage to entertain crowds during an event in Phoenix, Ariz., by Turning Point USA, a nonprofit organization founded by Charlie Kirk and Bill Montgomery.
“Look, Katy Perry, I was married to her, I love her still, and I’m glad that her mom’s in the room to hear me say this,” said Brand. “But, look, I was okay with Orlando Bloom, but Justin Trudeau? Come on, man! Don’t put me in a category with that guy! That globalist stooge.”
But if Perry is bothered by her ex-husband’s comments, she hasn’t let on. Instead, her latest post suggests she’s more focused on spending time with her family and enjoying time with Trudeau.
