Get into the holiday spirit with several holiday-themed movies scheduled at Cineplex theatres across Canada this month until early December. Kick things off with A Paw Patrol Christmas, which will have multiple weekend screenings from Nov. 8 to 23.
The festive programming continues from Nov. 29 to Dec. 6, as Cineplex screens The Elf on the Shelf movies.
“For the first time ever, The Elf on the Shelf films are coming to the big screen in Canada!” reads a statement from the movie theatre chain. “Cineplex, in partnership with The Lumistella Company and Playology International, is launching The Elf on the Shelf Movie Magic — Family Favourites, a special screening program to celebrate the 20th anniversary of a beloved tradition.”
Movies will be screened across 80 Cineplex theatres and will include An Elf’s Story, Elf Pets: Santa’s St. Bernards Save Christmas, Elf Pets: A Fox Cub’s Christmas Tale, and Santa’s Reindeer Rescue.
Tickets cost $3.99 plus applicable taxes (in-theatre price), while tickets purchased online are subject to an online booking fee of up to $1.50. CineClub members can use their free monthly ticket for this event. All prices are subject to taxes. Tickets are available now on Cineplex’s Family Favourites website.
