The Calgary Zoo is alight like no other place in the city.
Since Friday, November 23, the zoo has been playing host to over 2 million dazzling lights as part of this year’s ZooLights display, and many Calgarians have already visited to take part in the festivities.

Every evening from 6 to 9 pm the lights turn on and the zoo is transformed into a winter wonderland, complete with a Snow White and the Seven Stewards of the Forest display, which includes a giant gingerbread house, an enchanted forest, an apple wishing tree, and a sustainability factory.
There is also a seriously Instagrammable light tunnel, a brand new mistletoe display, and regular visits from Santa Claus himself.
