New brew pub with vacation vibes to open in Calgary this month
A new brew pub is set to open its doors in Calgary this month, and it’ll be bringing vacation vibes to the city.
Vaycay Brew Pub, from the team behind the beer company of the same name, is gearing up to open in YYC’s Marda Loop neighbourhood. It’ll be opening up just in time for lunch on March 12 at 2248 33rd Ave. SW, the spot that was previously home to The Mash.
Brought to life by a chef-turned-brewmaster, Vaycay will be serving up a ton of globally-inspired beers, but if beer isn’t your thing, there will also be a menu of handcrafted cocktails.

As well as grabbing a brew, Vaycay will also serve up food, prepared fresh from its kitchen, with everything from bar snacks to shareables to enjoy.
