Free live stream of Tragically Hip's farewell tour at Marquee Beer Market & Stage

Tickets for The Tragically Hip’s final tour may have been snapped up faster than you can shoot three pistols, but all is not lost for diehard fans.

CBC will be live streaming the Tragically Hip’s Kingston, Ontario concert at the Marquee Beer Market & Stage on Saturday, August 20 for free.

Yes, you read that correctly. Free of charge.

There is one caveat: you need to register ahead of time. Registration opens Thursday, July 28 at 10 am (that’s tomorrow, folks).

Beats spending thousands on tickets from scalper sites, eh? Maybe you’re not there with The Hip, but it’s something, and it won’t cost you a dime.
