Disney On Ice Presents Worlds of Enchantment

  • What: This show will be sure to dazzle you with a world class performance that will bring some of your favourite Disney classics to life. Witness Lightning McQueen race the Disney Pixar’s Cars crew in a high-speed thrilling race or take an adventure with the Toy Story Crew as they work to escape the Sunnyside Daycare. You will also see appearances from Frozen and the Little Mermaid, as each of the characters work to being you a heartfelt story that ends happily ever after!

Potted Potter

  • What: The Unauthorized Harry Experience – is coming to Calgary’s Boyce Theatre. Two-time Olivier Award-nominated actors Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, take on the challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books (and a real-life game of Quidditch) into 70 hilarious minutes.

Marda Loop Justice Film Festival

  • What: The Marda Loop Justice Film Festival has been sharing human rights, environmental, and socially significant documentary films since 2006. Click here for the 2016 film guide.

Light up Okotoks

  • What: Head to Okotoks to kick off to the holiday season. Festivities typically include a visit from Santa, wagon rides, sugar shack, cookie decorating, craft sales, late night shopping, fireworks & much more! Take some Food Bank donations for 18 Wheels of Christmas.
  • Where: Throughout downtown Okotoks
  • When: Friday, November 18 from 5:30 to 9pm
  • Event day road closure:  Elizabeth Street, McRae Street, and North Railway Street to Lineham Avenue will be closed to vehicles

The Grape Escape

  • What: The Grape Escape is a wine, spirits and beer sampling event. This event gives you an opportunity to discover your new favourites from a seemingly endless selection of wine, spirits and beer from all over the world. Your ticket includes your admission ticket along with 12 food and 30 liquor sampling coupons.

Spruce Meadows Christmas Market

Calgary Expo Holiday Market

  • What: Calgary Expo presents the first Calgary Expo Holiday Market. Designed as a holiday shopping event to help shoppers find the perfect gift for every geek on their shopping lists, the market will feature hundreds of vendors and exhibitors selling everything from lightsabers to comic books and an Artist Alley featuring some of the finest artists from Alberta and beyond.

Florida Georgia Line: Dig your Roots Tour

  • What: Grab your cowboy boots and be prepared to be wooed by this country duo, Florida Georgia line in their largest world tour yet. If that wasn’t enough to get all you country fans excited, they are also bringing Dustin Lynch and heartthrob, Chris Lane out on the road with them- yeehaw! It will be a concert you certainly won’t want to miss as they “roll their windows down and cruise through our city!”

Greater Goods Holiday Pop-Up Series

  • What: Beginning November 12 Greater Goods, a boutique located in a beautiful heritage building in Bridgeland, will be hosting a series of 9 pop-ups shops each featuring a different local artist each week. From fresh coffee from the Calgary Heritage Roasting Company, to beautiful creative textiles created by ElleBee Tree to handcrafted wooden shelfs in the shape of the mountains nailed together by Needle and Pine, you can find an amazing selection of local handmade goods at each popup event. Santa Claus Parade Day

Calgary Stampeders Western Final
