Insane lines at Chinook Centre Tesla dealership for the new Model 3 (PHOTOS)

Throngs of people eagerly lined up at the Chinook Centre Tesla dealership to register for the new Model 3.

Registration opened at 9:30 a.m., and these people will be putting down a minimum $1,000 deposit on a car they’ve never even seen – the Model 3 won’t be unveiled until 8:30 p.m. tonight.

Some people had been camping out for at least a day.

Mall security let customers in a little earlier than expected at 4:30 a.m., presumably because of the chilly weather.
