Splash of Red Gala supports fight against HIV/AIDS in Calgary

The fourth annual Splash of Red Gala will be held at the Fairmont Palliser in Calgary in May, to raise funds – and awareness – in the fight against HIV and AIDS.

The event, hosted by HIV Community Link, includes an art auction featuring the work of some of Calgary’s foremost established and emerging artists.

Proceeds from tickets and the auction will go to support programming in Calgary, Medicine Hat and Brooks, to encourage HIV testing and reduce transmission for those at risk.

The gala also supports counselling, nutritional programs and peer-based support for those living with HIV.

Tickets are on sale now through Eventbrite, priced at $106.10 for a standard seat or $1,038 for a VIP table.
