Sandman Hotel reopens in Calgary with discounted room rates
Canada’s largest private hospitality brand is celebrating the launch of a new and improved moniker: Sandman Signature Calgary Downtown Hotel.
In celebration of their new name and extensive remodelling, for a limited time, the Sandman team is inviting everyone to experience the newly designed hotel for next to nothing.
From July 3 to July 12, guests are welcome to enjoy a generous reward offer. In honour of the Calgary Stampede Keeping the Spirit Alive event, visitors will have the opportunity to book a room for as little as $75 — and also receive a $75 Amex gift card.
Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the hotel’s multi-million dollar redesign, which is inspired by relaxed elegance and sophistication, combined with a bold and modern aesthetic.
Whether hotel-goers are travelling for leisure or visiting for business purposes, they can expect an elevated guest experience and a comfortable stay.
Updates to the hotel include renovated and refurbished guest rooms and suites, as well as a revamped pool, fitness facilities, and lobby experience, which now includes access to the reimagined Moxie’s Grill & Bar dining room and patio.
Hotel features include underground parking, upgraded in-room amenities, a corporate lounge, plus the perks of an earlier check-in and a later check-out.
The hospitality veterans have also adopted a slew of new precautions to keep guests safe throughout their stay amid ongoing concerns surrounding COVID-19.
In response to the pandemic, the hotel group has partnered with EcoLab to create the Sandman PureClean program. The program is dedicated to implementing industry-leading cleaning solutions and elevated standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
Among the increased safety measures being undertaken by the hotel are contactless express check-outs, increased sanitization of frequently touched surfaces, hand sanitization stations, and floor decals to indicate appropriate social distance.
Hotel rooms are also sanitized and left vacant for up to 72 hours before the next check-in.
