A new Asian-inspired casual restaurant offering made-to-order, customizable dishes has just opened in Calgary.

Rice and Noodle, a family-owned chain of restaurants from Vancouver, has just opened its first Calgary location on 17th Avenue SW.

The spot offers plates such as Pad Thai, Panang Red Curry, Chow Mein, Kung Pao, and Laksa. Each dish is made-to-order, and diners are able to choose their preferred protein or veggies and desired spice level.
