Jimmy John's swaps bread for giant pickles in latest lineup of sandwiches

Jimmy John’s just launched the sandwich of any pickle lover’s dreams, and it’s calling it the Picklewich.
Available in five varieties, the new lineup of sandwiches replaces the bread with an extra-large pickle sliced in half.
“The bread is gone, but the dill is great,” said Angelo Ragas, brand leader at Foodtastic, the Canadian company behind Jimmy John’s in Canada.

Options include turkey (turkey, provolone, tomato, and lettuce), Vito (salami, capocollo, provolone, lettuce, onion, and tomato), Roast Beef (roast beef, provolone, lettuce, and tomato), Ham (ham, provolone, lettuce, and tomato) and Veggie (provolone, avocado spread, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber).
These new sandwiches are only available for a limited time at participating locations, so if this recent launch sounds like a big dill to you, be sure to check it out sooner rather than later.
Currently, Jimmy John’s operates locations across Canada, including Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Ontario.
