There is a lot of chowing down for us to do in Calgary, and these spots make our to-eat lists longer than ever.

Just opened, opening soon, or newly reopened, here are all the new delicious Calgary restaurants to try this month.

Truedan (Jenjudan)

Famous bubble tea chain Jenjudan has opened its first location in Calgary. Jenjudan is from Taipei and is one of Taiwan’s most popular bubble tea purveyors. The brand has soft-opened its new location at #18 1015 Centre Street NW in Calgary.

This new plant-based destination is located at 3103B Edmonton Trail NE, and it’s now open daily from 11 am to 9 pm.  Nan’s 100% plant-based menu has eats like ramen, bahn mi’s, pho, and pad thai, to name a few.

Two of Calgary’s much-loved local concepts have been cooking something up behind the scenes, and now Made By Marcus and Lil’ Empire Burger have opened their new location. The ice cream shop and burger joint took over a Bridgeland space formerly occupied by longtime Middle Eastern spot Tazza, which closed after 23 years of operation earlier this year.

This new concept opened earlier this month. It’s brought to us by the folks behind Shiki Menya. Patrons can head to get quality handheld grub at a takeout window located behind the 824 1 Avenue NE ramen shop Monday to Friday from 11 am to 3 pm.
