Much-loved coffee spot has just closed one of its Calgary locations

In bittersweet news, an Inglewood coffee shop has closed its doors after two years to make room for a new venture.
In an Instagram post, Neighbour Coffee announced it would close its Inglewood location at 1327a 9th Avenue SE on December 31, two years after its opening.
The coffee shop’s first outpost opened in Altadore in 2017, and fans of Neighbour will be pleased to know that the OG location won’t be disappearing. Neighbour’s closure in Inglewood will also not impact the adjoining cocktail bar Business & Pleasure.
While many in the community will be sad to see Neighbour go, the team has teased some exciting news.
“We have some big and exciting plans for the cafe space which we will reveal in the new year,” the Instagram post continued,
“We want to extend a heartfelt thank-you to the community in Inglewood, we have had a great time serving you and are excited for our next venture.”
We can’t wait to see what’s in store for the Inglewood spot.
