Calgary just got a new interactive cafe and it's unlike anything else in the city

A brand-new cafe concept has just opened in Calgary, and it’s unlike anything else we’ve seen in the city.
Naha Cafe, a new interactive spot for drinks and desserts inspired by those served in Japan’s Okinawa region, has soft-opened its location in Dragon City Mall.
The spot specializes in fully loaded acai bowls with tropical fruits, and a one-of-a-kind menu of drinks such as coffee floats and Okinawa Brown Sugar sips, including matcha and hojicha.

However, the menu is not the only thing that’s unique, with a surreal and interactive service.
As with many cafes, you’ll order at the counter and receive a pager. Once your items are ready, they’ll be delivered in the paw of a shisha, a traditional guardian lion-dog from the Okinawa region.
The spot is a fun new addition to Chinatown, and will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. during its soft-opening.
