A Milwaukee radio station has announced an official “break from Drake” for the duration of the Raptors-Bucks Eastern Conference Finals series, which begins tonight.
The hosts at 103.7 KISS FM shared their (seemingly difficult) decision in a video posted to Twitter.
Though they express their love for the Toronto-born hip hop artist and diehard Raptors fan, the group declares that they “love the Bucks more,” and will be taking a “break from Drake” until the series is over.
The video shows the trio deleting one of the artist’s tracks from their upcoming song list.
MAJOR ANNOUNCEMENT: Until the @Bucks beat the @Raptors – we are hereby taking a break from ALL #DRAKE music. We love us some Drake, but right now – we love the #Bucks more! #BreakFromDrake #FearTheDeer pic.twitter.com/kRAZQnGOWo

Not to be outdone, Toronto’s KiSS 92.5 says two can play that game.
The station vowed in a response-tweet that they would no longer play the Steve Miller Band (Steve Miller is from Milwaukee) until the Raptors beat the Bucks.
