Community funded Madison's 1212 is finally open, and if you invest you get nachos for life
Madison’s 1212 has been teasing us for over a year with promises of an epic brick and mortar spot to devour nachos in Inglewood.
Well friends, we are stoked to announce they have finally opened.

As of late last week, Madison’s 1212 opened the doors to its 71-seat eatery specializing in craft nachos, craft salads, cocktails, and beer.
Add all of that to their 49-seat patio (which is heated and enclosed in the colder months), and boom – you’ve got your new year-round hang for drinks and bites in the Southeast.
Madison’s initially became buzzworthy because it was Calgary’s first community funded restaurant, asking investors for funds and in return, giving them #Nachos4Life – a free nacho or salad entrée each month for 99 years, or one every week for 10 years, plus their name on one of the seats.
Madison’s 1212 already had a mobile food truck feeding Calgarians at festivals and events, and now customers can head to the restaurant in the heart of Inglewood for “coffee and co-work”, breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Soft launch hours are currently 10:30 am to 8 or 9 pm, regular hours will be announces via the restaurant’s social channels soon.
