One of Calgary's most beloved ice cream shops is opening a new location this summer
There’s no greater joy than grabbing an ice cream as soon as summer hits, and now we have an extra reason to get excited, with the expansion of one of Calgary’s favourite scoop shops.
Made By Marcus has teased that a brand-new location is on the way in Greenwich Village, with the spot slated to open this summer.
“We’re working hard to get everything ready so you can enjoy ice cream this summer in Greenwich Village,” Made By Marcus said in an Instagram post.

The Calgary-born spot is renowned for its extensive selection of ice cream, which is crafted from scratch using dairy from grass-fed cows and genuine ingredients sourced from farmers, roasters, distillers, and artisans.
The spot offers a rotating menu of flavours each month, as well as some tried-and-true favourites, including malted chocolate honeycomb, sea salt and goat milk caramel, and lemon curd blueberry. It also offers ice cream flights and sundaes.
This will mark Made By Marcus’ ninth location across Calgary and Edmonton, since first opening in 2016. Earlier this year, it also opened a Willow Park outpost.
