Hotel Arts has finally unveiled its newly renovated outdoor pool.

The YYC hotspot has always been a go-to destination for anyone hoping to cool off in the water while sipping some cold drinks, and the new renovations have not only glammed up the place, but they’ve made it so that the pool can be enjoyed all year round.

Hotel Arts announced the renovations back in January, stating that an inflatable, illuminated canvas from Calgary’s Dynamic Air Shelters was being installed to keep the newly coined Poolside nice and cosy throughout a cold Calgary winter.

ā€œOur poolside patio has been a unique outdoor gathering space for our guests and the broader community to enjoy with licensed poolside dining and special events,ā€ said GM and VP of Hotel Arts Group Mark Wilson in a January release.

ā€œThe renovation plan will introduce a new design aesthetic into the space and have the flexibility to utilize the space year-round with a unique design solution that can withstand our cooler climate in the winter months.ā€

After six months of renos, the pool is finally open for Calgarians and visitors alike to enjoy ā€” and will remain open indefinitely heading into the colder months.

Hotel Arts just announced that Poolside had opened on June 28, featuring lush greenery, modern dĆØcor, fire-top tables, and a wide variety of cocktails.

Non-hotel guests will be able to enjoy Poolside from 11 am to dusk, while guests of Hotel Arts will be able to take a dip from 7 am to dusk.

A pool usage fee of $10 per person on weekdays and $20 per person on weekends (or anytime during the Stampede) will apply for non-guests.
