Canada's first Hell's Kitchen is opening next week in Alberta

Hell’s Kitchen fans won’t have to wait any longer; it’s finally arriving in Alberta next week.
Gordon Ramsay’s first Canadian location for Hell’s Kitchen has been highly anticipated over the past year. It was slated to open at River Cree Resort and Casino in Summer 2026 after being announced in June 2025, and it’s coming just in the nick of time.
This restaurant chain is inspired by the hit TV series of the same name, in which chefs are pitted against each other as red and blue teams for dinner services and eliminations. These Hell’s Kitchen restaurants provide a unique dining experience and transport guests to a recreation of the set shown right on your screen.
River Cree Resort and Casino released the official opening date for the new restaurant, slated for this Monday, Sept. 14.

If you’re looking for a seat, reservations are officially open online. As of Friday, Sept. 11, the opening weekend is fully booked, but you’re still able to get reservations for the coming weeks.
Get ready, because this world-class dining experience is coming soon, and you’ll definitely want to have a bite.
