Hawthorn Restaurant is a finalist for Canada's Best Restroom 2020
It’s the contest you never knew you needed to participate in – Canada’s Best Restroom is back for 2020, and voting for the country-wide competition is officially open until August 14.
Hosted by Cintas Canada Ltd, this annual list aims to shine a spotlight on washrooms across the country that have that certain je ne sais quoi, and it looks like one Calgary restaurant has made the list of nominees.

Hawthorn Dining Room & Bar, located in the Fairmont Palliser Hotel, first opened last year and clearly its restroom has made an impression, as it has been nominated by the public to potentially be chosen as the best washroom in the country.
The swanky dining destination is getting a shoutout for its design by Calgary’s Frank Architecture, light rose diffusers, and soaps from Lowen’s Natural Skincare among other things.
