Best Airport by Size and Region
The ASQ program is administered by Airports Council Internation (ACI), which acts as the sole trade representative of airports across the globe.
The index is the only survey world-wide that gauges traveller satisfaction across a full 34 performance indicators, which are assessed on the day of travel, according to a release from ACI.
The ASQ network runs nearly 650,000 surveys each year across 376 airports and 90 countries.
