Remember when we teased you this winter with details of WestJet’s new ultra-low-cost carrier Swoop?

Well, now we’re here to tell you that Swoop is currently offering Canadians an incredible summer flight deal, with flights from Alberta to Ontario for just $99.

The only catch is that flights are from Edmonton, Alberta to Hamilton, Ontario, or vice versa.

The non-stop, one-way flights include one personal item in the ticket fare. Select dates in June are currently the only ones available with this fare, which is perfect for your early summer getaway.

Currently, the only travel dates still available $99 for are June 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, and 30. However, more dates throughout July and August are available for $139 per ticket, and the cost dips back down to under $100 heading into September.

Here’s how to book the deal:

1. Go to the Swoop website.

2. Search for flights from Edmonton (YEG) to Hamilton (YHM).

3. Cheapest one-way flights will be priced at $99.

Flight deal from Abbotsford to Edmonton (Swoop)

Flights from Edmonton to Abbotsford, BC are also available for as low as $49 this summer, and fall.

When travelling with Swoop, you’re just paying for your seat, which means all extras will cost you — but perhaps not quite as much as you might think.

Priority boarding can be added for $10.50, while checking a bag will run you an additional $26.25.

Inflight movies, WiFi, and more legroom can also be purchased.

WestJet had announced that they would be launching a new ultra-low-cost airliner in April 2017. According to a release from the company at the time, the initial fleet will be comprised of 10 high-density Boeing 737-800s.
